I Didn't Find Metabolic Health

Because Everything Was Going Great.

In my mid twenties, my body started falling apart.

At the time, I was a a professional actor. Performance, movement, singing and physical expression weren't just hobbies—they were a huge part of my identity.

Then things started to unravel.

I developed chronic inflammation, debilitating back pain, and Achilles tendonitis in both legs. I couldn't dance, move or sing the way I used to. The talents expected of me for every job were slowly evaporating. Eventually, with a body so incapable of healing even the most minor grievances, I developed vocal damage that left me with permanent scar tissue on my vocal cords.

It felt like every month I was losing another piece of the life I’d worked so hard to build. A life I loved.

Like most people, I went looking for answers.

What I didn't realize at the time was that many of those answers were sitting on my plate every day destroying my metabolic health.

Desperation Became Curiosity

What started as frustration eventually became obsession.

I wasn't trying to become a health coach. I was trying to get my life back.

The more I learned about metabolism, inflammation, nutrition, and human biology, the more I realized that many of the chronic symptoms people experience aren't random.

They're often signals.

Signals that the body is struggling to adapt to an environment it was never designed for.

As I changed my nutrition and lifestyle, my health began to change too.

For the first time, I started seeing my body differently. Not as something that was broken, but as something that had been asking for help all along.

That realization changed the trajectory of my life.

And once I experienced that transformation firsthand, I couldn't stop learning.

Why I Do This Today

Today, my passion is helping people shorten the learning curve that took me years to navigate on my own.

I've spent thousands of hours studying metabolism, nutrition, chronic disease, and human performance. But more importantly, I've lived through the confusion, frustration, and uncertainty that so many people are experiencing right now.

I know what it's like to feel stuck, to feel broken.

I know what it's like to do everything you've been told to do and still wonder why you're not getting better.

And I know how powerful it is when things finally start to make sense.

That's why Metabolic Mojo exists.

Not to create lifelong clients, but to help people understand their bodies, take ownership of their health, and discover what they're truly capable of when given the right inputs.
